UC Santa Cruz Cornerstone Campaign
Thanks to the generous support of our donors, the Cornerstone Campaign is a resounding success! A total of $67.6 million has been raised, surpassing the campaign goal by $17 million. Join us as we celebrate this achievement at the Third Annual Scholarships Benefit Dinner.
“Our supporters have joined with us in taking UC Santa Cruz to the next level of achievement,” said Gordon Ringold (Crown ’72), Chair of the Cornerstone Campaign Council. “The tremendous success of this campaign is thanks to the demonstrated commitment and support of our faculty and staff and the greater UC Santa Cruz community of alumni, parents, and friends.”
Launched in July 2003, the Campaign has benefited virtually every area of the campus. The first campus-wide fundraising effort in UC Santa Cruz’s 40 year history, it has raised more than $5.2 million for undergraduate and graduate student support, a focused effort within the Campaign. Gifts large and small contributed to the Campaign’s achievement, and every gift has a story.
